Refund policy

CANDLE PURCHASES:

Customers have within 30 days of receiving the order to return item(s) that have not been used and is still in original packaging. Please contact us through our contact form, or send an email to shop@simmerandoak.com with the appropriate caption. 

Please be advised that if the return or refund request is due to buyer's remorse, the wrong item being ordered, or other reasons not related to the seller's fault, all cost associated with the item being returned is the customer's (your) expense, unless the item has a manufacturer defect, only then will the cost to return the item be incurred by the seller (SIMMER AND OAK).
